by Firefox user 13966402, 5 years agoAppears to be broken; it acts like it downloads the files but then immediately deletes them, regardless of what kind of download is being done (audio-only/video-only/both).
This started about a month ago (June 2021) and has yet to be fixed. Before June or so it was working fine and would download audio/video/both. So either Youtube changed something or the code broke, either of which have rendered this inoperable.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 15223049, a year agoSince YouTube decided to make even more money in spring 2025, and therefore pulled the strings in their content delivery system very tight, this tool doesn't work anymore.
It would need an update to again become one of the best YouTube downloaders out there, because that's what it was. Also it was one of the most versatile tools.
Once it got 5 stars from me using a different account, currently only one star because you can't vote zero stars.
