by Jimmy, 2 years agoI have been using VDH for years, with the Firefox browser, and have thoroughly enjoyed it. I strongly recommend the companion app, and keeping up with the latest iterations of this adaptable and growing app. I have found the Google support group to be of immense value to me when having questions regarding installation or maintenance of quality. I plan on keeping VDH as my only "go to" for continued great downloading service.

I am really impressed with the new BETA version. It makes downloading super simple, and convenient. KUDOS to the dev team and to VDH as a whole.

I love the ease with which the new Beta allows for fast, accurate downloads. I had to figure out switching to the Legacy version to convert local files, but that is a minor inconvenience.
VDH becomes more user-friendly with each upgrade. I strongly recommend the Companion App also.

As one of your old dedicated user I was disheartned by your greediness for money.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Keith, 3 days agoBeen using it for years, it was pretty good back then. Paid for the "lifetime" subscription years ago. It never stopped putting the QR code on videos, and there is no way to reach anyone about this, but it at least worked KINDA SORTA.
NOW it's completely useless, with this new waiting period scheme. Lately, it hasn't even been finding the YT videos at all.
I guess it's time to admit to myself that I was scammed out of my money, and look for a replacement.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD. I'm deleting it. If they ever make it work again -- without stupid schemes -- maybe I'll try it again.
