Many thanks to the team for getting back to me with the solution so quickly (I don't know how I missed it).

It's one of the best at what it does but it's recently just completely wiped all data from itself, essentially starting everything like it's the first ever log-in — all tunnelling settings/sites have been wiped (meaning I'm likely to get some of my accounts kicked again for using a VPN)...
Great overall but severely hampered if you're unable to retain critical information for any length of time.

To prevent that, please navigate to "Settings" in the NordVPN extension > General > Save settings to your browser and toggle this feature on.
