momoChef Recipe Clipper detects recipe data on supported web pages and turns it into a clean, editable import. Review the title, photo, servings, ingredients, directions, and destination recipe book before saving.

What you can do

Your recipes stay connected

Recipes saved with the add-on are available in the same momoChef account on the web and in the momoChef app for iPhone and iPad. The iOS app is a separate, optional client; the Firefox add-on remains a complete recipe-clipping tool on its own.

What information is transmitted

Before importing, momoChef shows an in-product disclosure explaining what the clipper reads and sends. Auto-detection is off by default and scans page structure locally when enabled. When you import, the add-on may send the page URL, recipe content, image and video URLs, selected text, and sanitized page HTML to momochef.com to parse and save the recipe. Supported social pages may require server parsing when the clipper opens after consent. Authentication information is used to keep the user signed in. Preferences are stored locally in Firefox.

Extension data is not sold or used for advertising. Users can disable auto-detection and pre-send behavior in Settings, delete recipes, export their data, delete their account, or uninstall the add-on to remove locally stored extension data.

A momoChef account is required. Some server-assisted extraction and broader momoChef features may require a Premium subscription.
