ZO CHAT ORGANIZER PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: August 10, 2026
Zo Chat Organizer is a browser extension that adds folders, subfolders, pins, search, and conversation classifications to Zo Computer. This policy explains what information the extension handles, when information leaves the browser, and how that information can be deleted.
LOCAL OPERATION
The extension stores its organizer state in the browser's local extension storage. This local state may include:
Zo conversation identifiers, titles, links, types, and activity timestamps.
Folder and subfolder identifiers and names.
Folder assignments.
Pin status.
Regular or automation classifications.
Organizer modification timestamps.
Sync configuration, including the sync service address, client identifier, revision number, and private API token.
The extension reads this information only from Zo Computer pages and Zo's authenticated conversation interface so it can provide its organizing features. It does not collect message bodies, attachments, passwords, payment information, advertising identifiers, or unrelated browsing history.
Local organizer data remains on the device unless the user exports it or explicitly enables cross-device synchronization.
OPTIONAL CROSS-DEVICE SYNCHRONIZATION
Cross-device synchronization is disabled until the user selects Set up sync, supplies the private API token, and initiates synchronization. When enabled, the extension transmits the following information to the configured sync service:
Zo conversation identifiers, titles, links, types, and activity timestamps.
Folder and subfolder identifiers and names.
Folder assignments.
Pin status.
Regular or automation classifications.
Organizer modification timestamps.
A randomly generated client identifier and synchronization revision metadata.
The private API token in an authenticated HTTPS request.
This information is transmitted only to synchronize the organizer's state between the user's authorized devices. The extension does not transmit Zo conversation message bodies or attachments.
The default sync service is operated by Concho Sports Network at https://csn.zo.space/api/zo-chat-organizer-sync.
The private API token is used only to authenticate requests to that service. It is stored in the browser's local extension storage and is not included in the synchronized organizer state.
PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS
Information is handled only to provide the organizer features requested by the user, including indexing conversations, maintaining folders and pins, classifying conversations, and synchronizing that state across authorized devices. Cross-device synchronization occurs only after the user affirmatively enables it.
SHARING AND SALE
Concho Sports Network does not sell, rent, advertise with, or share organizer data with data brokers, advertisers, analytics providers, or other third parties. The extension contains no advertising, affiliate tracking, telemetry, or behavioral analytics.
The extension necessarily interacts with Zo Computer to read the user's authenticated conversation list. Zo Computer's handling of information is governed by Zo Computer's own terms and privacy policies.
RETENTION
Local data remains in the browser until the user clears the extension's storage or removes the extension and its data.
The default sync service retains the current synchronized organizer state and up to 100 prior revision snapshots for conflict recovery and protection against accidental overwrites. Older revisions are removed as newer revisions are created.
SECURITY
The default sync service requires a private API token and uses HTTPS for data in transit. The extension restricts synchronization to HTTPS endpoints. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so users should protect the sync token and avoid sharing it.
USER CHOICES AND CONTROLS
The user may use the extension without enabling cross-device synchronization. Without sync, organizer data remains local to the device unless the user exports it.
The user may stop future synchronization by removing or resetting the saved sync configuration. The user may export organizer data as a JSON file for backup or transfer.
To request deletion of data stored by the default sync service, email shea@conchosports.com with the subject Zo Chat Organizer Data Deletion. After identity and authorization are verified, the current synchronized state and retained revision snapshots associated with the private sync account will be deleted.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
Zo Chat Organizer is an organizational utility and is not directed to children under 13. The extension does not knowingly collect information directly from children.
CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
This policy may be updated when the extension's data practices change. Material changes that introduce new data collection or transmission will be disclosed through the extension or its Mozilla Add-ons listing, and any consent required by Mozilla policy will be obtained before the new practice begins.
