Works wonders! My only complaint is that most of the time, when you download a video (from YouTube at least), it gives the downloaded video the name of the previous video you watched/downloaded, not the current one. Besides that it works great and preserves quality. The helper app is easy to install on Linux and it helps a ton.

Premium removes the watermark on those *o*tube videos!

The companion app unfortunately doesn't appear to work with linux or may simply be windows only and will only let you download videos up to 311MB. Unfortunately my premium is now useless - also, there is no place I can find to input my premium code - not sure if the app already knows I paid since I'm signed in my old firefox account.
