Its just like the rest of these video downloaders, which is said to be much better than they actually are.

This flat out said useless tool parts the videos in to small chunks of about 3.98 MB, which is about the same size as every single one of the rest of the useless video downloader add-ons i have tried for Firefox that also operates in such a completely useless way.

And no, its not because of the streams being stored that way on the server in small chuncks, they are actually stored on the tested streaming site as single files of about 2.4 GB size.
That was tested on a friends computer, where he tried using Firefox and IDM on that streaming site.

I try to follow instructions but i doesn't download anything, only create some playlist.

Does not work on high resolution videos. 144p and 240p will download but for hi-res videos need an "ultimate" version of the software which you have to pay for and install separately.

Does not work with new Youtube!

It detects videos but won't the download button does nothing. I'm not installing the extra add-on in the hope that fixes it.

The extension never installs, never shows up in my add-ons. If I could give it zero stars, I would.

For years, this add-on has required an additional program to installed. No problem. But the program has never installed. Not once. Not for several years. This add-on does not work, has not worked and probably never will work.

It asks for money to do anything.

Anyway I would never install it in my main browser, because its code is secret and it can see all my passwords and other things that I write.
