What is new in 0.10.1
- Fixes the on-device name detector failing to start, which left the extension
  running regex-only detection and showing "lite disabled" in the popup. A
  packaging bug in 0.10.0 shipped the wrong inference runtime files.
Everything from 0.10.0: the in-page Mask button on supported assistant sites, a
first run page that explains the free tier, wider detection coverage for
national identity numbers, phone numbers and addresses, and an updated
on-device inference runtime.

Everything still runs on your own machine. No account, no network access and no
telemetry.
