About this extension

Ultrafill scales HTML5 video so the picture fills your screen, removing black bars when the video's shape does not match your display—especially on ultrawide monitors and with cinematic content.

Features:
- Toggle from the toolbar, an in-player button, or a keyboard shortcut.
- Auto mode calculates the fill scale using the video and player dimensions.
- Aspect presets: 16:9, 21:9, 2:1, 2.39:1, and 4:3.
- Fine-tune using +/−, the slider, scroll wheel, or Alt+scroll over the video.
- Optional per-site memory restores your previous zoom.
- Adjustable animation smoothness.
- Works during normal and fullscreen playback, including embedded videos.

Keyboard shortcuts:
- Alt+Z — toggle
- Alt+Up / Alt+Down — adjust zoom
- Alt+X — reset
