Tabyss stores all data locally in your browser (chrome.storage.local) on this device only. It makes zero network requests — there is no server, no account, no analytics, no telemetry, and no remote code. Tracked data is limited to domain-level time totals, site-switch counts, media watch-time, wellbeing counters, and pages you explicitly save (title and address only; page content is never read). Private/Incognito browsing is never tracked. Site icons come exclusively from the browser's local favicon cache. Notifications hide site names by default. You can export, import, reset a day, or permanently erase all data at any time from Settings. Data never leaves your device unless you export it yourself.
