- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 18239263, 3 years agoThey charged me an additional $28.99 aside from the $65.34, when I specifically stated I DID NOT WANT a 12 month extension upon signing up.
Their customer support is simply terrible, as they proclaim to be able to easily claim a refund through their live chat - which I tried after receiving those emails; however, none of their live chat links on the website work.
When I finally get a work around to the live chat, I only get the option to cancel the auto-renewal, but not my money back.
I lost $94.33 in a minute. This company scams people out of their money.Developer response

- Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 12972913, 3 years agoI am a paying Surfshark customer, and I use this add-on regularly. (I do not navigate using VPN all the time, as it makes browsing noticeably slower.) The app works as expected, in two years I've experienced no issues at all.
