Alt / Option is the default modifier.
- You can change it to Ctrl / Control or Meta / Command
- optionally require Shift

Default mouse actions:

• Alt + left click: Open the browser’s New Tab page beside the current tab
• Alt + middle click: Switch to the most recent tab
• Alt + right click: Close current tab and return to the previous tab

Every mouse button can be remapped to:

• Browser new tab
• Most recent tab
• Close current tab
• Duplicate tab
• Drag current tab
• Open settings
• Off

For Drag current tab, hold the configured button and drag horizontally to move the
active tab through the tab strip.

Open the extension popup and select the settings icon to review or change these
actions.

- Developer tools
- PDF viewers
- Other protected or restricted pages

Browser-interface shortcuts, operating-system shortcuts, and mouse actions captured
before they reach the webpage cannot be overridden. Websites using the same modifier
and mouse combination may also conflict.

• ACCESS THE EXTENSION POPUP:

1. Look at the top-right for firefox and top-left for zen-browser, beside the address bar.
2. Select the puzzle-piece Extensions icon.
3. Find Scroll Wheel Tab Switcher.
4. Select the extension to open its popup.
5. Optionally select the pin icon to keep it beside the address bar.
