- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 14429394, 8 years agoFirefox plugin is really buggy comparing to Chrome one. It was constantly restarting and finally after last update stopped working at all. I can't even popup the window with master password. After click plugin button on the toolbar i see only "Roboform is loading..." for ever.

You ask for an email to get a verification, and it takes forever to arrive, if it arrives at all. I bought a new computer and cannot recover my account. I have paid my annual subscription fee and have no roboform. thanks. you have my emails and telephone number. if you give a damn, contact me.
