About this extension
Robin is an AI sidekick that lives in your Chrome side panel. It reads the page in front of you, writes JavaScript you can review, runs it when you say so, and saves the moves you want to keep.

Ask in plain English. Robin looks at the live tab — structure, buttons, forms, text — and either answers or writes a script for that page. Nothing runs until you hit Run.

WHAT ROBIN DOES

• Examine any page and answer questions about it
• Write scripts from a prompt (extract emails, mark PR files viewed, strip ads)
• Run, iterate, and save working scripts as named Actions
• Auto-run a saved Action when you land on a site
• Record multi-step, multi-site journeys and turn them into Automations
• Call tools you connect from chat or from a script
• Restyle or clean up pages you already use, then automate the boring clicks

HOW YOU POWER IT

Bring your own API key for a supported AI provider, or point Robin at a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint. Keys stay in your browser.

Or sign in and use hosted Robin AI. Usage is prepaid credit — no surprise bills. Basic is $3.99/month ($39.99/year). Pro is $19.99/month ($199.99/year) and includes $10 of Robin AI credit each period. Top up $5–$50 when you need more. Saved scripts still run without a plan.

A Robin account is required. Chat and AI features need an active subscription.

PERMISSIONS

Robin needs access to the current tab so it can read the page and run scripts you approve. Optional “User Scripts” is what actually executes generated code — turn it on in chrome://extensions → Robin → Details → Allow User Scripts. Connected tools only run after you sign in and connect them.

Robin does not run code in the background without you. You review the script and click Run, unless you explicitly saved an Action with auto-run for that site.
