v0.0.8 - Date cutoffs for web search

Web searches can now hide anything published after a date you choose. Closing #1.

Gooble and DuckDuckGo are configured independently, defaulting to 2022-11-30, the day ChatGPT launched. Both toggles are off by default.

Added

• Per-engine date cutoff for Google and DuckDuckGo, toggled from the popup
• Cutoff dates configurable per engine in options

Changed

• Extracted shared settings into common.js. defaults (making the codebase less annoying for me to work on (!!))
• Fixed a bug where an empty setting could be replaced by its default on reload

Notes

• Both search engines require a lower bound, so I set it to 1990-01-01. If you need to exclude everything from 2022 but retrieve results from the 80s, or want this exposed in options, I guess reach out! 😅
• Google needs proper testing. Some of my searches had few results. Assistance welcome :)

Oh and also added Vitest and wrote some tests. If there are any issues please lmk.

This version fixes some accessibility issues and adds experimental features for hiding addictive algorithmic elements from YouTube - find them under settings > reveal experimental features.
