This release adds support for new sites and a wholesale offer tool, along with several fixes from user testing.

New: The extension now works on Redfin, Realtor.com, and Homes.com, in addition to Zillow.

New: A wholesale offer calculator estimates a maximum cash offer using an automatic repair cost estimate and comparable sales pulled directly from the listing page.

Fixed: Rental listings were sometimes analyzed as if they were for sale. Since a rental has no purchase price, the extension now correctly declines to analyze these listings.

Fixed: Rescanning the same listing twice in a row no longer counts as two separate free trials.

Fixed: The feedback form now works correctly when you are signed out.

Fixed: The rent to price ratio check could produce an inconsistent verdict on listings priced near a fixed threshold. This has been replaced with a smoother calculation.
