First update since 0.1.2. Three fixes:

• Sites that already use Lisse are now left alone. The extension detects
them and stands down, instead of smoothing corners a second time and
rendering them chopped.
• Borders are snapped to device pixels the same way the browser snaps a
native border, so they no longer render dim or a pixel off on elements
with fractional heights.
• Corners no longer chop momentarily while an element is being resized.

Also adds per-corner curve types: arc, squircle, superellipse and clothoid.
