- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20073181, 3 days agoUnfortunately, they decided to switch to Premium only for very dubious, greedy reasons. So I will no longer be using it.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Fenrir Strange, 4 days agoThis was a wonderful little tool for years, it is neither unique enough, nor useful enough to me to pay for this now that they want to blame AI for the change to paid premium service for spelling and grammar. y'all lost your damned minds over AI and got greedy

- Rated 1 out of 5by Moon Shot, 4 days agoWent premium, not useful enough, nor unique enough to pay for, especially when all it actually does is save you typing it into chat GPT with the prompt "refine this:" followed by your text.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 20013628, 4 days agoWas never that good to begin with, not sure why i even kept it around this long, the suggestions were almost always worse than what I've already came up with.

> Content we collect also includes information about your browsing session and the content of websites visited when using our browser extensions. Depending on the Service you’re using, this may include the content and metadata of all websites you’re visiting during your active browser session (e.g. website text, media, publisher and author names, URLs).
It's spyware. Even if you pay for that, which I regret doing.
Interesting nuance is that I believe couple of years ago it was not like this. Since US company (probably private equity) bought this, it turned into spyware. - Rated 1 out of 5by a_bored_browser_and_writer, 5 days agoThis worked great for me for many years. Unfortunately, now the basic function of spelling and grammar fixes are locked behind the premium service, so it's basically useless outside of the in-browser editor for me. How sad that they've done this.
