Information we collect

We collect the account information you provide when you sign up — a username, an email address, and sign-in credentials — along with the content you add to the service and the settings you choose. We also keep the technical records that using a service generates, such as request and error logs held for security and troubleshooting. We collect only what the service needs in order to work.
How we use it

Your information is used to provide and maintain the service, to keep your account secure, to send you the messages you have asked for, and to diagnose problems. We do not use it for advertising or profiling, and we do not sell it.
Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except where it is necessary to operate the service — for example providers that host our infrastructure or deliver our email — and where the law requires it. Those providers may process information only on our instructions.
Cookies and local storage

A cookie keeps you signed in, and your browser stores your preferences locally. We use no advertising or tracking cookies. Clearing your browser's data for this site removes all of it.
Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit and credentials are stored hashed, never in the clear. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and to limit who can reach it.
Retention and deletion

We keep your information for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time, and you can export your data. To close your account and remove the data attached to it, write to support@knowgraphy.com.
Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your information, or to object to how it is processed. To exercise any of these, contact us at the address below; we will respond within a reasonable time.
Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
