Free AI Assistant adds a clean, practical AI sidebar to Firefox for summaries,
explanations, rewrites, drafts, and page-aware follow-up questions.

Use your own Cohere API key

The extension is free to install and use. It works with your own Cohere API
key. Cohere may provide a free, rate-limited trial API key after sign-up.
Higher-volume usage may be subject to Cohere's own terms, limits, and charges.

Privacy-first page access

Page or selected text is sent to Cohere only after you request an AI action.
Recent conversation context is included only when needed for the current
request. The extension does not automatically upload every page, track
browsing, use analytics, sell data, or show advertising.

Your API key, settings, and chat history are stored locally in Firefox
extension storage. The extension uses temporary active-tab access and does not
request all-sites access.
