- The picture is held back by the filter's exact latency, corrected live for vsync, player skew and audio-pipeline lag.

🌈 HDR PASSTHROUGH
- HDR / 10-bit video is delayed through a native shadow player, not an 8-bit canvas, so HDR is preserved — local files and streaming (like YouTube).

⚡ LOW-LATENCY EQ MODE
- A ~0 ms EQ built from your filter's response, for players the full convolution can't run on — or on everything with the master off.

🎚 AUTO LATENCY DETECTION

✅ WORKS ON
- YouTube, Twitch, Vimeo, embedded players, and direct/local video & audio files — anything HTML5.

🚫 CAN'T TOUCH
- DRM video (Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video) — encrypted and unreachable by ANY extension — and cross-origin media without CORS. These are auto-detected and left completely untouched, never broken.

📦 YOU'LL NEED
- Your own FIR correction WAVs (from REW, rePhase, Acourate…). Nothing is bundled. Real-time convolution plus full-quality video buffering is demanding — a capable CPU/GPU keeps playback smooth. The device watcher is Windows-only.

🌈 HDR NOTE
- HDR passthrough targets Firefox 153 (beta). Firefox's HDR engine is new and still buggy — e.g. HDR colors can corrupt after switching tabs (a Firefox bug cleared by restarting Firefox, not caused by this extension). The extension also works around a Firefox bug where fullscreen HDR dims when the player controls hide.
