Has in the past been very reliable but since Youtube offered a download option has persistently failed to download any video.

I think this is a very good software that meets my needs and I find it very efficient and expedient. Recently the developer helped me resolve a issue. They were courteous, professional and very helpful in giving me a solution. I appreciate their time and efforts not only to develop this software but to reach out to a user who needed assistance.
