Update the extension and it should actually download your chosen video properly. I gave them money for a lifetime license and was cheated! They defraud customers and are completely untrustworthy!

I'm downloading empty files...0 bytes video files.

ADDED ON FEB. 25, 2026: i updated as advised to version 24.1. now when i try to download a high-quality video, i am told, "You’ve reached your free high‑quality trial" and that i should upgrade to PRO. um, isn't that what i provided financial support for, so i could download high-quality videos? yes … yes, it was. so until this is fixed, the one-star rating will remain.Developer response

It downloads the file it claims, slowly churns away in the percentages but in every case, it creates a file with zero bytes.
