The extension has no accounts, no analytics, and no tracking. It does not sell, share or monetise anything. The only information that leaves your browser is the barcode of a product you are looking at, sent to OpenFoodFacts to fetch that product's food data.

It runs only on these three sites, and nowhere else:

As with any request your browser makes, OpenFoodFacts will see your IP address and can infer that someone at that address looked up a particular product. OpenFoodFacts is an independent organisation with its own privacy policy.
