    • Page vs. Site scope : rules can now target a specific page path or the entire domain. Use "Add to This Page" for page-scoped rules (path-specific) or "Add to This Site" for site-wide rules
    • Independent scope toggles : two toggle chips (Site / Page) in the popup header replace the old single toggle. Pause or resume each scope independently. Each toggle only appears when rules of that scope match the current page
