Clean QR by Michael Riddle

Generate a QR code for the current page, a link, an image, or selected text — with tracking parameters (utm_source, fbclid, gclid and dozens more) stripped first, so the link your phone opens is the one you meant to share.

Selected phone numbers, email addresses and coordinates encode as tel:, mailto: or geo: links a phone can act on. Selected text can encode as a link that scrolls the reader to that passage. Anything ambiguous stays plain text, and switches in the popup turn cleaning or detection off for a single code.

Long URLs stay scannable: error correction is lowered before the code grows too dense for a phone camera, and the popup says so when it happens.

Entirely offline — no network requests, no host permissions, no analytics.
