    Fixed: "Load more results" wasn't working for eBay and NumisBids searches — clicking it did nothing, or the button didn't appear even when hundreds more results were available.

    New: eBay results can now be filtered by max price, instantly, without a new search.

    Daily alerts are now much more reliable — searches that previously only
    reported results from one platform now correctly scan all 8.
    - Alert emails show up to 20 new lots per platform (up from 8), plus a
    "view all in a grid" link that opens every new find on one page — no
    more digging through search again to see what else turned up.
    - Filter that grid page by platform or by which saved search found it.
    - Bidspotter alert scans are noticeably faster on empty searches.
    - The manual "Check now" button in the Alerts tab is faster.
    - Fixed a bug where some background search tabs could be left open.
    - You can now manage your daily alerts (add, remove, check now, email
    digest) right from the search page — no need to open the extension
    popup to do it.
