    Adds an in-page download button next to videos, so a download is one click
    where the video is rather than opening the toolbar popup and picking from a
    list of URLs.

    The button appears only on pages that actually contain a <video> element and
    makes no change to any other page. Streaming services and YouTube are excluded
    and are not affected.

    No new permissions are requested in this version.
