Complete rewrite onto a modern toolchain (TypeScript, Svelte, WXT).
No changes to what the extension does or the permissions it asks for.

Fixes found and corrected during the rewrite:
- Card/grid view filtering was broken (due to site changes) and
did not hid anything - now works as intended.
- Highlight colors could be inconsistent between table and grid view due
to mismatched default settings across files.
- Table view coloring had a bug where a result row could immediately lose
the highlight class its own details row had just been given.
- Rows/cards could get stuck highlighted as "upcoming" after a settings
change, even once they no longer qualified.

Also added a Firefox data-collection disclosure to the manifest: this
extension collects and transmits nothing, it only reads/writes its own
local settings and the page you're already on.

Enhancements:
Harden first load DOM recognition.

Match h3 card titles for grid filtering.

Color Picker Integration: Added a color picker to the options, allowing users to choose the highlighting color for items that appeared within the selected timespan.

Grid and Table View Support: Now supports filtering and coloring in both grid and table views, enhancing the flexibility and usability of the addon.

Hot fix:
You can now read the text in recolored rows in light mode.

Added an option to color all broadcasts of the last n days in a different color to have a quicker overview of new releases.
If not desired, the number can simply be left at 0.
